Before running a batch of similar tasks, this routes each one through the three-tier classifier and counts how many qualify for Agent Booster (Tier 1), the WASM bypass that costs $0 instead of calling Sonnet or Opus. You feed it task descriptions, it calls hooks_route on each, partitions by whether the response contains [AGENT_BOOSTER_AVAILABLE], and prints a breakdown showing which intents (var-to-const, add-types, remove-console) triggered the bypass. Useful when cost-report shows LLM spend on transforms that should be free, though the docs are honest that the upstream 352× speed claim is not yet verified and the classifier doesn't always fire. Results get stored in cost-tracking for the reporting loop.
