Bootstraps a Ruflo project with all the config files and MCP tool registration you need to start using Claude Code properly. You get CLAUDE.md for context, settings.json for configuration, and the claude-flow directory structure with MCP servers wired up. There's an interactive wizard if you want to make choices, or just run the preset flag to get going immediately. Good for when you're starting a new project and don't want to manually set up all the MCP and agent plumbing yourself. It's basically scaffolding for the Ruflo workflow, nothing more complicated than that.
