V3 Core Implementation

This is the foundational TypeScript implementation for claude-flow v3, built around Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture patterns. It gives you the core domain modules for task management, session handling, and health monitoring, all structured with proper entity separation and service layers. You'd reach for this when setting up a new claude-flow project or extending the framework with custom domains. The parallel task structure in the Quick Start is a nice touch, it shows you can spin up multiple domains simultaneously. Worth noting it comes with comprehensive test coverage baked in, which matters when you're building on top of these primitives.
