Meeting Synthesizer

Turns meeting transcripts and notes into structured outputs with action items, decisions, discussion points, and follow-ups. You paste in your raw meeting content and it extracts who owns what, when things are due, what got decided and why, plus any open questions. The skill defaults to markdown but can output JSON if you need to pipe it into project management tools. Most useful when you've got a wall of transcript text from Zoom or Teams and need to quickly assign accountability without rereading everything. It handles both structured notes and messy freeform transcripts, though you'll get cleaner results if people actually mentioned names and dates during the meeting.
