Create Pr

This is a compatibility alias that redirects to the canonical pr-writer skill from the sentry-skills collection. It exists so you can still say "create-pr" and get the full PR writing workflow without breaking existing habits or scripts. The actual work happens in sentry-skills:pr-writer, which handles the formatting, commit analysis, and all the mechanics of writing a proper pull request. If you've been using create-pr and it works for you, nothing changes. If you're new, just know you're getting routed to the maintained implementation under the hood.
