Pulls your GitHub commits, Jira tickets, and Claude Code session history from yesterday, then walks you through a four-question interview to build your standup update. The clever bit is how it shows you what it found first ("I see you merged PR #123, what else?") so you're not starting from a blank slate. You pick which Claude sessions are actually work-related via multiselect, which means your weekend side projects don't end up in your team standup. Outputs clean Markdown with links. It asks permission before touching any API, so nothing happens automatically. The interview format works better than pure automation because you add the context that tools can't see.
