Before you write any code for vague feature requests, this skill runs an interactive clarification process that scores requirements from 0 to 100 and won't let you proceed until you hit 90 or above. It asks focused questions across functional scope, technical constraints, and business context, then generates a structured PRD in your docs folder with acceptance criteria and execution phases. The rubric is sensible: 30 points for functional clarity, 25 for technical specifics, 25 for implementation completeness, 20 for business context. It's designed for those moments when someone says "add a dashboard" and you know that's nowhere near enough information to start building. Saves you from discovering critical assumptions three days into development.
