This brings CalDAV calendar management into Claude through vdirsyncer and khal, so you can read, create, and edit events across iCloud, Google, Fastmail, Nextcloud, and other CalDAV providers without leaving your workflow. It's Linux-only and requires both tools installed. The sync-then-query pattern is straightforward: vdirsyncer pulls remote calendars to local .ics files, khal lets you list, search, and create events with simple commands, then you sync again to push changes. The interactive edit mode needs a TTY, so you'll want tmux if you're automating. Good for checking your schedule or adding events without context switching to a calendar app, though initial setup does require wrangling two config files.
