Perf Lighthouse

This gets you running Lighthouse audits from the CLI or Node API and shows you how to actually parse the results. You'll want this when you need to measure performance scores, set up performance budgets with thresholds for resource sizes and Core Web Vitals, or integrate audits into CI with GitHub Actions. The Node API examples are straightforward for programmatic access, and the budget.json setup lets you enforce hard limits on script sizes, LCP, and CLS. It includes a comparison script for baseline vs PR reports, which is handy for catching regressions. If you're trying to fix specific performance problems rather than just measure them, you'll want perf-web-optimization instead.
