This is a Chinese language adaptation of Matt Pocock's workflow skills for moving from idea to shipped code. It's built around a main flow that starts with /grill-with-docs to interview yourself about requirements, branches into /prototype for throwaway experiments when needed, then either goes direct to /implement for quick builds or through /to-spec and /to-tickets for multi-session work. The grill-with-docs step saves what it learns to CONTEXT.md and ADRs, which is the stateful part that makes it worth using over just chatting. If you work in Chinese and like structured approaches to feature development, this gives you guard rails without being rigid about it.
