It chains five sub-skills: literature survey, brainstorming, novelty checking, critical review, and method refinement. The pipeline runs pilots automatically for your top three ideas (with GPU budgets and timeouts to prevent runaway experiments), then delivers ranked candidates with execution plans. Notable details: it can work from a structured research brief instead of a one-liner, optionally starts from a reference paper you want to improve, and defaults to including Gemini search for broader discovery coverage. Set it running overnight if you're starting a new project and want the groundwork done by morning.
