Wecomcli Smartpage

This handles WeCom's SmartPage documents, the ones at /smartpage/* URLs that used to be called "Smart Homepages." You get two main operations: create new smartpages from local Markdown files (supports multiple sub-pages, extended syntax like card blocks and grids), and export existing ones back to Markdown via an async two-step process. The create command has an unusual +smartpage_create syntax with a required plus prefix. Watch out for the 10MB per-page limit and make sure your content_type matches your actual file format, since mismatches will break creation. If you're working with regular docs or sheets, you need the wecomcli-doc or wecomcli-sheet skills instead.
