This deploys a complete infrastructure for Chinese web novel writing projects into your workspace. It installs hooks, rules, agents, and CLAUDE.md templates, merging them intelligently with any existing configuration rather than overwriting. You get seven agents (story architect, character designer, narrative writer, consistency checker, and more), session state tracking, and path-scoped rules for different writing phases. The merge logic is thoughtful: it preserves your custom sections in CLAUDE.md and deduplicates hook commands by comparing existing registrations. If you're setting up a serious long-form fiction project with multiple books and need structured writing assistance, this handles the scaffolding so you can focus on the actual writing.
