It automatically routes by length, runs the full analysis pipeline from story-long-analyze or story-short-analyze to extract structure, then migrates everything into the proper directory layout with character files, world building docs, and chapter breakdowns. The whole thing marks imported content with flags so you know what was auto-extracted versus written fresh. Useful if you've got 50,000 words sitting in a Google Doc and want to move into a proper workflow without manually copying metadata. Skips the Stage 1 checkpoint in long novel analysis to ensure you get complete output through Stage 6, including style extraction.
