Omc Plan

This is a planning stage skill that kicks in when you say "plan this" or when a task feels too vague to jump straight into code. It structures requirements gathering so you're not coding blind, and it includes a consensus mode that apparently evaluates plans from multiple perspectives (invoked with --consensus or "ralplan"). The skill has over 300 installs and is part of the larger oh-my-claudecode toolkit. It's the kind of thing you'd want if you catch yourself refactoring three times because you didn't scope the work properly upfront. The review flag lets you sanity check existing plans too.
