Demo Producer

Turns content into polished demo videos through a pipeline of script generation, VHS terminal recording, and Remotion composition. You point it at a skill, agent, plugin, tutorial, or CLI command and it produces horizontal, vertical, or square format videos with four template styles (including a nice warm-paper scrapbook aesthetic). The task tracking is mandatory and properly structured with blocked dependencies between phases, which matters for longer productions that can run 45+ minutes. Ships with live preview mode that spins up a public Tailscale funnel so you can share work-in-progress demos before final render. Built for VHS 0.11+ and Remotion 4.0.448+, runs on Haiku to keep costs reasonable during the interactive planning phase.
