The core discipline here is internal consistency: it forces you to lock down a single source of truth for metrics, pricing, team titles, and use of funds before you start drafting, then cross-checks every number against it. It includes opinionated flows for decks and one-pagers, guidance on making financial models defensible, and a quality gate that won't let you ship until the math sums and the story holds up in a partner meeting. Honest take: most fundraising decks die because slide 4 contradicts slide 9. This skill exists to prevent that.
