This one sits between you and Claude Code to make your prompts actually work. Instead of executing tasks, it analyzes what you're asking for, figures out which ECC skills and commands apply, checks your tech stack from project files, and hands back a complete optimized prompt you can paste. It's especially useful when you're working cross-domain or don't know which skills exist for your stack. The six-phase pipeline catches missing context like acceptance criteria or security requirements before you waste a round trip. Supports both English and Chinese triggers. Think of it as a prompt linter that knows the entire ECC ecosystem.
