Video Editing

Cuts real footage instead of generating from prompts. The pipeline goes from Screen Studio or raw capture through FFmpeg for deterministic cuts, Remotion for programmable overlays and composition, ElevenLabs or fal.ai for voiceover and music when needed, then Descript or CapCut for final polish. Claude sits at layer two to transcribe, plan structure, and generate edit decision lists with timestamps. The thesis is that AI video editing works when you stop asking it to create whole videos and start using it to compress and structure existing footage. Works well for vlogs, tutorials, and turning long recordings into short form content across different aspect ratios.
