Wiki Setup

Scaffolds a complete Obsidian vault with directories for concepts, entities, skills, references, synthesis, journal, and projects. Walks you through .env setup (vault path, source directories, optional QMD integration for semantic search), creates index.md, log.md, and hot.md at the root, and drops in sensible .obsidian config so it works out of the box. Useful when you're starting a personal knowledge base from scratch or fixing a broken vault structure. The _raw folder is clever: dump rough notes there and wiki-ingest will promote them to proper pages and clean up. Recommends Dataview and Git plugins but you install those yourself.
