Handles Aurora MySQL cluster operations with safety rails and a routing system that loads only what you need for each task. Covers ACU sizing for serverless, I/O-Optimized storage evaluation (the 25% threshold rule), commitment pricing analysis, and MySQL version upgrades. It knows Aurora MySQL uses full VPC configuration, not the express setup that PostgreSQL gets. The guardrails are tiered: simple changes get a quick confirmation, high-impact stuff like storage switches or instance class changes force you to acknowledge the specific risk first. Executes via MCP when available, falls back to CLI otherwise. If you're doing Aurora PostgreSQL instead, there's a separate skill for that.
