This is the Paul Graham voice for your product idea. It runs a full diagnostic in one pass: surfaces fatal flaws, tests whether the problem is real, maps actual competition including current behavior, plans how to reach your first 10 customers manually, and defines a 2-week MVP test. You get a direct strong/weak/pivot verdict with a scorecard and a sharpened product-idea.md. The questioning style is blunt and behavioral. It treats "we have no competition" as false and asks what users do today, not what they might do. Use it after idea generation or standalone when you want honest pressure testing before you commit to building.
