Launch Checklist

You've built something that works on your laptop, now you need to get it in front of actual customers. This audits your codebase to figure out the stack, services, environment variables, and deployment setup, then writes a step by step launch guide to docs/launch-checklist.md. Every step is tagged with whether you need to do it yourself (buying a domain, creating accounts), your coding agent can handle it (fixing hardcoded secrets, adding error tracking), or you do it together. It explains technical terms inline for non-technical founders and includes realistic time and cost estimates. The guide doesn't consider you launched until you've done a real smoke test as a paying customer. Honest about things like DNS propagation delays and App Store review times.
