Consulting Analysis

This is a two-phase workflow for generating McKinsey-style research reports. First it builds you an analysis framework with chapter skeletons and data requirements, then after you feed it data from other skills, it produces the final report with charts and citations. Covers market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial research, the usual consulting domains. Comes loaded with frameworks like Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, BCG Matrix, so it structures reasoning properly rather than just dumping data. The strict rule here is no hallucinated numbers, everything must trace back to your data sources or it says "data not available". Default output is Chinese but you can change the locale. Useful when you need something that looks like it came from a strategy consultancy.
