Bootstrap

This is conversational onboarding that builds a SOUL.md file for your AI agent through 5 to 8 rounds of adaptive questions. It walks through four phases: language preferences, who you are and what frustrates you, how the AI should behave and talk, and deeper stuff like failure philosophy and boundaries. The conversation adapts to whether you're terse or chatty, and it's explicitly designed to feel natural rather than like filling out a form. Once it has what it needs, it generates a dense, sub-300-word identity document and persists it with a setup tool. The whole thing is built around the idea that good AI configuration comes from conversation, not checkboxes.
