If you're constantly fielding feature requests from sales, customers, and engineering, this gives you frameworks to actually prioritize them. The RICE scorer takes a CSV of features with reach, impact, confidence, and effort scores, then spits out a ranked roadmap with capacity planning. There's also a customer interview analyzer that pulls pain points and feature requests from transcripts using NLP, plus PRD templates for different contexts (one-pagers for quick features, full specs for complex ones). The honest take is that prioritization frameworks don't make tough decisions easier, but they do make you articulate why you're saying no, which is half the job of being a PM.
