Summary
This toggles the org preference that lets a Salesforce org receive partner offers from the Transactable Marketplace. It writes a TransactableMarketplacePrivateOfferSettings metadata file and deploys it via the Metadata API, handling the verification before and after. The workflow is solid: it checks the current state with a Tooling API query, confirms your target org and intent before deploying (because you can't easily undo this), then verifies the change took. One thing to know is this preference isn't visible in the Setup UI, so the Tooling API query is your only way to confirm it worked. Requires API version 67.0 or higher.
