Summary
Generates the EventSettings metadata file to flip the Platform Tracing toggle on or off, which controls whether TraceSpanEvent gets published to Event Monitoring. You'll need the PlatformTracing org permission (it's provisioned, not something you set) and API version 68.0 or higher, otherwise the setting deploys but does nothing. The skill only touches the enablePlatformTracing field and leaves other EventSettings alone, which is the right call since those belong to other teams. If you're looking for Agentforce agent tracing to Data Cloud, that's a different skill. This one is narrow by design: turn on trace spans, turn them off, done.
