Platform Tracing Agentforce Configure

Generates the singleton AgentforcePlatformTracingSettings metadata file to pipe Agentforce agent execution trace spans into Data Cloud's ingestion pipeline. You'd use this when you want observability data from your agents flowing to Data Cloud for analysis, introduced in Spring '25 API v68.0. It's a simple boolean toggle, but the gotcha is it silently does nothing unless your org already has both Data Cloud provisioned and the PlatformObservability permission active, neither of which you can set via metadata. The skill warns you about prerequisites upfront and spits out the settings file in the right spot. Clean delegation too, it won't confuse this with regular Platform Tracing for TraceSpanEvent.
