This is a straightforward interface to JASPAR, the go-to open-access database for transcription factor binding profiles. You feed it sequence motifs or genomic coordinates and it tells you what transcription factors bind there, or you can go the other direction and look up the motif for a specific TF like CTCF. It's part of Google DeepMind's science-skills collection and requires uv to be installed. The skill handles license notification on first use, which is a nice touch since you're hitting their API. If you're doing any kind of gene regulation work or need to interpret ChIP-seq peaks, this saves you from manually querying the JASPAR website.
