Handles the non-motion parts of HyperFrames video production: design specs, color palettes, typography, narration, beat planning, and composition patterns like picture-in-picture or text-behind-subject. You'll reach for this when you need to define the brand, pacing, and visual style of a video before animating it. The routing table is genuinely helpful, it points you to things like house-style.md for defaults, visual-styles.md for mood-based presets, and video-composition.md for density and scale rules that override typical web instincts. Intentionally excludes animation and motion work, that lives in the separate hyperframes-animation skill. Works in tandem with hyperframes-core for the technical contract.
