Before you sketch architecture or design a feature, this walks you through structured ideation using the Double Diamond model. It separates divergent phases where Claude generates volume and cross-domain connections from convergent phases where you make the call. The discipline is memory-first: it searches Sibyl for related patterns before ideating so you're not rediscovering solved problems. Most sessions end up in quick mode, which is just search, two options with tradeoffs, decision, and record. The full five-phase flow is there when the problem space is genuinely unclear. Mined from 100+ real sessions, so the anti-patterns section alone is worth reading.
