This walks you through building an Opportunity Solution Tree, the Teresa Torres framework that forces you to extract the real outcome, map out customer problems (not solutions disguised as problems), then generate testable solutions before you write any code. It's built on the workshop-facilitation protocol, so it asks one question at a time with numbered options. You paste in the vague stakeholder request, it helps you identify three opportunities that could move the metric, generates three solutions per opportunity, then scores them on feasibility and impact to pick a POC. Honestly most useful when you need to slow down a feature factory situation and do actual discovery work.
