Caveman Help

Quick reference card that displays all caveman mode triggers and commands in one shot. Shows the full spectrum from lite compression (drops filler words) to ultra mode (bare fragments and tables), plus the wenyan classical Chinese variants. Lists the companion skills like caveman-commit for terse git messages and caveman-compress for markdown token reduction. Useful when you forget which trigger does what or need to see all the configuration options at once. The help itself renders in caveman style, which is a nice touch that dogfoods the compression approach.
