This is a reference card for a Japanese tax filing assistant called shinkoku. When users ask "what can you do?" it shows which taxpayer personas are fully supported (sole proprietors, side hustlers, consumption tax filers, crypto traders) versus explicitly out of scope (stock investors, real estate income, non-residents). The format is smart: tables mapping personas to support levels, a list of documents you can skip when e-filing, and a template response for unsupported cases. It's honest about limitations upfront, which is exactly what you want in a tax tool. The Japanese tax system has tons of edge cases, so having a canonical "here's what we handle" doc prevents the AI from hallucinating support for complex scenarios it can't actually process.
