This walks you through Japan's e-bookkeeping compliance requirements for the "superior electronic ledger" status under the Electronic Bookkeeping Law. It runs eight automated checks against your shinkoku database, from verifying system documentation exists to testing date range searches and audit log functionality. You get a table showing which requirements you've met (訂正・削除履歴, 相互関連性, etc.) with references to the actual enforcement rules. It's built for solo practitioners or small businesses trying to qualify for the 750,000 yen blue return deduction. The skill assumes you're already using shinkoku for accounting and need to prove compliance before filing the notification with your tax office. One caveat: the audit log only tracks app-level changes, not direct database edits.
