You've written a spec, marked it approved, and now you need Claude to actually build it without wandering off into "I have a better idea" territory. This skill reads your spec file from a specs folder, validates the status field says some variant of "Approved" in whatever language you wrote it in, creates a git branch following the spec-NN-slug pattern, and then implements the plan step by step with mandatory pauses for you to review diffs. The hard block on non-approved specs is intentional. It respects an AutoCreateBranch config flag and handles multilingual specs throughout. Basically enforces the "spec first, then build exactly that" workflow without the usual AI freelancing.
