Takes your LaTeX paper and generates a Beamer presentation or poster with extracted figures, tables, and equations. It parses your tex files, pulls out key content, and structures it into a standard 15-20 slide flow from motivation through results to conclusions. Includes a Python script that creates the skeleton and handles three output formats. The workflow is opinionated about slide structure (one message per slide, max six bullets, simplified equations) which is helpful if you're staring at a 30-page paper wondering where to start. Works best with papers that follow standard academic structure. The poster mode uses a four-column layout that mirrors typical conference poster sessions.
