Review Implementing

Takes code review feedback and works through it systematically using a todo list. Creates individual tasks from reviewer comments, marks them in progress one at a time, implements the changes with Edit or Write tools, then marks each complete before moving on. The workflow is rigid by design: always use TodoWrite, never batch completions, keep one item in progress at a time. It's built for the common scenario where you paste PR feedback and want methodical execution rather than ad hoc fixes. Includes handling for tests, docs, refactoring, and running validation checks. The strict todo discipline might feel like overkill for small reviews, but it prevents the chaotic jumping around that usually happens when addressing multiple comments.
