Summary
Lets Claude inspect and control live Hunk terminal sessions without touching the TUI directly. You get commands to list sessions, navigate files and hunks, reload diffs on the fly, and drop inline review comments where they belong. The workflow is tight: check what's loaded, move focus, leave a comment, or batch apply a whole set of agent notes in one go. Useful when you want Claude to walk through a changeset with you or annotate code during review without wrestling with coordination. The session matching by repo path keeps things simple when you have multiple checkouts open.
