Spins up a three-column documentation layout in a single HTML file: sidebar nav on the inline start, scrollable article body in the center, table of contents on the inline end. Triggers when your brief mentions docs, guides, API references, or tutorials. The skill writes real-looking content (at least 350 words, code blocks, callouts, a table) instead of lorem ipsum placeholders, and it uses logical CSS properties so the whole thing flips correctly under RTL. It's built for desktop prototypes and expects a design system with typography and layout tokens. Good for mocking up developer docs or knowledge bases without spinning up a static site generator.
