It reads your FOUNDER_CONTEXT.md if you have one, asks diagnostic questions to understand your bottleneck (what you've tried, where customers come from, what's actually breaking), then gives you three ranked moves with real playbooks. The output includes specific tactics with your actual company name, ICP, and industry details, plus a "do this in the next hour" action for each. Useful when you're stuck on growth, not sure what to prioritize, or tired of generic "run some ads" suggestions. It explicitly filters out anything too vague to execute immediately, which is the main reason to use it over just asking Claude directly.
