This is system diagnostics for Claude Code itself. It walks through your skills, agents, hooks, and memory setup, checking for broken references, missing dependencies, malformed frontmatter, and whether your PostgreSQL connection actually works. You get a full health report with pass/fail counts and priority-tagged issues. The --fix flag will chmod your hooks and rebuild outdated bundles automatically. It's the kind of thing you run after reorganizing your .claude directory or when an agent mysteriously can't find a skill it's supposed to call. Think of it as a pre-flight checklist that catches the stupid mistakes before they waste 20 minutes of debugging.
