This is an orchestrator-only workflow for migrating entire codebases between languages or frameworks without bloating your context window. You never read files or write code yourself. Instead, you delegate everything to specialized agents in six phases: spec extraction, failing tests, three rounds of adversarial premortem, phased planning, TDD implementation, and integration validation. The workflow keeps your context flat by passing paths instead of contents, writes all new code to a separate directory, and mandates tldr and qlty skills throughout. It's engineered for large rewrites where you need behavioral equivalence guarantees and can't afford to load an entire codebase into memory. The strict no-execution constraint takes discipline but pays off on anything bigger than a few thousand lines.
