This is meta-infrastructure for building Claude Code skills themselves. It gives you templates, structure patterns, and best practices when you're creating new skills or refactoring existing ones. The skill-creator module walks through YAML front matter setup, modularization strategies, and common pitfalls to avoid. Honestly, this is most useful if you're extending Claude Code with custom skills rather than just using what's already there. It's the scaffolding behind the scaffolding, which means most people won't touch it directly, but if you're writing skills for your team or contributing back to the ecosystem, you'll want this loaded.
