V3 Performance Optimization

This is a performance engineering workflow for claude-flow v3 that sets up benchmark tasks and validation targets. You'd use it if you're working with the claude-flow framework and need to verify the v3 upgrade actually delivers on its performance claims: 2.49x to 7.47x speedup from Flash Attention, 150x to 12,500x faster search via HNSW indexing, and 50-75% memory reduction. It's basically a test harness that runs parallel validation tasks against specific optimization targets. The approach is solid if you're methodical about performance work, though you'll need the underlying claude-flow system already in place to make any of this meaningful.
