If you need a coding agent to actually drive Photoshop instead of just generating scripts, this is the bridge. It pipes ExtendScript commands through a Python adapter called Flue and returns JSON, so Claude can inspect layers, read selections, and make edits inside a live document. The same system works across Adobe Creative Suite and a handful of 3D apps like Blender and Houdini. It's passed audits from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket, and Snyk, and the approach is sensibly cautious: small steps, no destructive actions without approval. You'll need to install Flue separately with pip, but once it's set up, the agent can operate desktop software it otherwise couldn't touch.
