Feishu Notify

This is infrastructure for pushing notifications from Claude Code workflows to Feishu/Lark. It's designed as a utility that other skills call at key moments like experiment completion or review scoring, but you can also invoke it manually. The smart bit is the zero-impact guarantee: if there's no config file, it does nothing and returns silently, so existing workflows are unaffected. You get two modes: push-only for fire-and-forget webhooks, or interactive mode with a bridge server that lets you approve checkpoints from your phone. Honestly, this is a nice quality-of-life upgrade if you're running long pipelines and want mobile visibility without babysitting terminal output.
