Each stage has hard gates that block progression until artifacts pass validation checks. The contribution-first approach forces you to lock down what the paper claims before writing a word, then maps every results section back to those contribution promises. Three reviewer agents audit the draft for objections before you can call it done. If you're writing journal articles, conference papers, or competition reports and want structured enforcement rather than freeform prompting, this handles the orchestration and won't let you skip steps.
