Summary
This is the bootstrap skill for Everything Claude Code, the interactive installer that walks you through picking and installing ECC skills and rules into either your user-level or project-level directories. It asks questions via AskUserQuestion to let you choose core versus niche skill packs, then narrows down by category (frameworks, databases, workflows, APIs, media generation). The source shows it clones the ECC repo to /tmp first, then copies only what you want. Includes a verification step and optional optimization pass afterward. If you're diving into ECC, this is your entry point, either loaded via the ecc plugin or manually copied to ~/.claude/skills/configure-ecc/ to get started.
